About me
It has been a long journey for us to get here. This is why I want to share a little bit about myself so you get to know the story behind Magali Cakery.
My name is Magali Cardenas, I was born In San Carlos de Bariloche, Patagonia, Argentina, a beautiful city surrounded by wooded mountains and lakes. In Bariloche, we love artisan chocolate and this was where I began my career as a chocolatier and obtained almost 13 years of experience creating the most delicious handmade pieces of chocolate.
At the same time, I started developing my other passion, the art of pastry making. Since I was a child I loved surprising my parents with a different cake every weekend, I found that cooking and baking are like creating and sharing love.
Here at Magali Cakery, I truly believe in sharing the wonderful taste of sweet delicacies that represent me and my belief in authenticity and faithfulness to my creations.
